Taxes are necessary for the government, as that is how we have things like public education, roads, law enforcement, etc. However, I do believe that there are a few things that citizens should not be taxed on. Afterall, we work hard for the money that we make. Furthermore, I would rather budget more efficiently before raising taxes on our citizens.
